Services, Rules and Regulations

1. DELIVERY: Lessee (Customer). Lessee grants FUNAIRWORLD the right to enter the property at the said street address ("Delivery Address") for the delivery and subsequent pick up of the INFLATABLE unit at the specified time.

2. GENERAL RULES TO FOLLOW DURING USE OF THE INFLATABLE UNIT:

a. All riders MUST REMOVE SHOES, EYEGLASSES AND ANY SHARP OBJECTS before playing in the INFLATABLE unit.

b. Bounce away from others and away from sides and opening. Do not jump on or off the inflatable.

c. To avoid neck and back injuries, SUMMERSAULTS, DIVING, WRESTLING, ROUGH PLAY AND
FLIPS ARE PROHIBITED.

d. CHILDREN'S SAFETY DEPENDS UPON YOU. YOUR PERSONAL SUPERVISION IS ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED. AS THE LESSEE/CUSTOMER OF THE INFLATABLE UNIT, THE SAFETY OF ALL RIDERS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.

e. Absolutely no "Silly String", glitter, makeup with sparkles, gum, candy, food or other sticky substances are allowed in the INFLATABLE unit. If upon pick up, such cleaning is required then a $50.00 cleaning fee shall be automatically imposed.

f. Do not use and immediately deflate the inflatable if winds exceed 15 mph and/or it rains.

g. No objects, other than those provided by FUNAIRWORLD, shall enter the inflatable.

4. RAIN POLICY: DURING PERIODS OF SEVERE WEATHER CONDITIONS (I.E. RAIN, HIGH WINDS, ETC.), WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATIONS. IF CONDITIONS ARE NOT TOO SEVERE WE WILL GIVE YOU THE OPTION OF KEEPING IT OR NOT. IF YOU DECIDE TO KEEP THE UNIT FOR THE TERM OF THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS! IF UNIT IS NOT DELIVERED DUE TO WEATHER, FULL REFUND OF DEPOSIT WILL BE MADE.
